Passion. Experience. Purpose.

After working in the male-dominated agency world, I committed to living my purpose —to ignite positive, systemic changes that make the world a more equitable place. I pivoted and dedicated ten+ years of leadership experience to the nonprofit sector before starting my consulting practice.

I spent eight of those years advancing gender equity at Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA), where I oversaw digital media. I built and led brilliant, diverse teams responsible for developing social media strategies to support advocacy & policy, program, product, and more. I also managed online crises management and customer care teams.

A hustler at heart, my responsibilities expanded to growth marketing. Big wins in E-Commerce and membership meant millions of dollars for girl leaders who grow up and smash glass ceilings. The success was oh so sweet.

Before my time at GSUSA, I oversaw digital marketing for Ms. Foundation for Women. That’s where I championed women’s health, racial equity, and economic justice causes through inclusive digital strategies. Leading cultural conversations and viral social media wins were a daily occurrence.

Along this journey, I mobilized powerful networks of change-makers that included strategic partners, funders, and civic leaders. Together, we fueled impact and systemic change. That’s the convergence of my passion and experience.

I earned a dual degree in Media Management and Sociology from the University of Miami, as well as an M.A. in Sociology with a concentration in Race & Ethnic Relations and Medical Sociology.
